Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All La Michelle’s Scents candles are hand‑poured in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your package ships. During high‑volume seasons or new collection launches, processing times may extend slightly, but we always work with care and intention to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note:
•     Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
•     Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect transit times.
•     Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is outside of our control — but we’re always here to support you if issues arise.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. La Michelle’s Scents is not responsible for:
•     Packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address
•     Delays caused by address errors
•     Additional shipping fees required to resend returned packages
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it is considered delivered into their care. La Michelle’s Scents is not responsible for:
•     Lost or stolen packages
•     Carrier delays
•     Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are always happy to assist with guidance or documentation if needed.

Damaged Orders
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
•     Your order number
•     A photo of the damaged item
•     A photo of the shipping box
We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the quality you deserve.

International Shipping
At this time, La Michelle’s Scents ships within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future as our brand continues to grow.
